About Staci Wilt

Harry Potter nerd. Motorcycle Enthusiast. Traveller. Margarita and Craft Beer connoisseur. Google Map extraordinaire.

Howdy, Y’all! My name is Staci. I grew up in the suburbs of Houston, Texas. On some weekends, you could find me fishin’ for bass and pickin’ chicken eggs out of my grandparents’ chicken coop. On other weekends, I skateboarded, crowd surfed, and listened to loud music at as many local music venues as possible.

Eventually, I moved to the Austin, Texas area for college, a music and outdoors enthusiast’s paradise. While studying for my Bachelors degrees in Business Management and Marketing, I worked full time through the Harley-Davidson® dealer network, purchased my first motorcycle at 19 years old, and landed my first Marketing Director position with a dealer upon receiving my diplomas at 22. I’ve since achieved positions managing up to six Harley-Davidson dealer’s marketing efforts, curated content and imposed digital marketing strategies that target multiple market segments, and planned some of the largest events these dealers have ever seen, all while producing positive ROI with record sales numbers during event activations.

These days, you’ll find me wandering the United States, primarily solo, on my Harley-Davidson® motorcycle, capturing my story through photographs and written word along the way. I am currently working as a freelance journalist, photographer, and marketing consultant, calling Denver, Colorado home. I keep managing to find these “hubs” full of adventure and epic roads to ride. Maybe it’s coincidence, maybe its lifestyle preference. There’s also a plethora of great fooderies and breweries here. …Surely that has nothing to do with it.

Over the years, I’ve managed to combine my love for two wheels and travel through numerous outlets and partnership opportunities. From being involved on marketing campaigns with GoPro and Harley-Davidson, to having my photos and words published in nationally circulating publications and used on major brand’s websites, I’ve been fortunate to work with dozens of companies I love. In addition, I have grown an engaging social community that has led to Influencer opportunities, allowing me to represent brands and travel boards with whom I feel correlate with my lifestyle and audience. In 2019, I was interviewed by Forbes for an article about women who ride, the fastest growing market segment in the motorcycle industry.

Adventure. Eat. Repeat.

In 2019 I launched my travel and adventure platform, Ride to Food, which aims to inspire, inform, and educate consumers on the Travel, Outdoor Recreation, and Automotive Industries. I’ve not only been able to fully combine all of my passions, but also have been able to showcase and partner with brands through a new outlet that has quickly become a community favorite.
